Customer Service FAQ

Game Areas Down
At some stages throughout your time in A3: Awakening, you may notice certain game areas are not accessible. Sometimes even the whole game. There is nothing you are able to do to resolved the situation, and Webby is notified as soon as something happens to go wrong with outages and server problems. There is no need to post a Customer Service report regarding this as everything is logged.

"Karma Abuse"
I find players lowering my karma with multiple accounts and even asking other players to lower it also. What can I do? Is it against game rules?

What Can I do?
Well, there are many options you could take with regards to this. (See below)

  • Speak to the player through quickposts and try and work the matter out.
  • Speak to your guild leader and try and come together to work out a possible solution for everyone.
  • Ignore them in which most of the time players will get tired and leave you alone.

    Is it against game rules?
    Unfortunately, there aren't any rules on karma abuse so game staff are unable to intervene with such events.

    Flooding
    From time to time some players feel the need to flood player’s accounts with transactions. These should be reported on as soon as possible so that game Admins are aware and can jail the player responsible. Also, any attempts of flooding transaction logs to hide illegal activity would be punishable of a sentence up to 500 days in jail.

    Chat/MB problems. Post block or mute.
    Sometimes, you could be having a chat with friends within the chatrooms or even having a conversation on the message boards when you suddenly realise you have someone who doesn't seem to see eye to eye with you. Maybe a past history? They start trying to run you down, annoy you or even just become a general nuisance. Look no further, there is a solution. Follow these simple instructions and you will no longer be able to see anything from these players.

    Message Board

  • Click on the name of the person posting the undesirable post;
  • Scroll down to the bottom of their details page and click on Ban From QP;
  • Click on My Account;
  • Click on Message Board Settings;
  • Make sure the tab next to Don't show MB posts from people on your QuickPost ban book. (Does not include floated threads) is selected;
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Update button. You will now be unable to see all that players posts except floated threads.

    Chatroom
    Click on the player in chat which will bring down a menu. If you click "Mute them" this will stop you from seeing anything from them. If at a later date you wish to unmute the player then just type in "/unmute ID". You will then see what the player writes.
