 The A3: Alien Adoption Agency staff are usually people selected from the player base who show a good understanding of the game and are considered trustworthy. Staff members have different abilities and areas in which they specialize, so it's best to make sure you know what the different staff do so you can understand how they work. Always, always remember not to ask if you can become staff. Doing so is a good way to make sure you're never considered for a staff position. You can see current staff members and their exact duties in the Presidential Offices, which can be found within the City Hall in Georgetown. Webby (1) is the game's creator. He adds new areas and ideas to the game and fixes bugs. He is not involved in player assistance. Dr. Rage (6) is in charge of the overall day-to-day activities within the game community, and he supervises admins by making sure everyone is following guidelines, looks over all requests and makes sure they are handled correctly, trains new admins, and so on. Helps with byte signups and issues. Reddy (2) manages the Customer Service board.
Admins generally take care of situations with players. These issues are generally day-to-day problems that people have while playing. Some have specialized jobs outside of this work. Moderators are mainly responsible for game help and moderating the message boards. All Moderators have their Last Active information turned on, so you can tell at a glance who is online if you visit the Presidential Offices. For gameplay assistance, you can QP any of the Moderators or post on the Help Board with your questions. You should receive an answer from them as soon as they are available.
