Subscriptions
The Alien Adoption Agency is totally free to play. There is, however, an option to subscribe for a mere $5 a month (also payable in bytes, no need to spend a penny!) to help support the game and get these extra cool features*:

  • 112 extra motivation given each night (for a total of 196 each day!), with a 20,000 cap on how much you can store
  • All clothes free at Stan's Boutique
  • Free uploads of custom game images
  • Custom Schemes (Change the way the game looks!)
  • Player Details Music
  • Custom message board colors
  • Free webspace at a3share.com (perfect for hosting those profile images!)
  • Other sections that cost bytes now free
  • Access to the Customer Service board for account problems

    To gain access to all these features, go to the City Hall in Georgetown and click on the Finance Office. On the same page you can see the different payment options. Alternatively, you can click here. You'll note we're an ad-free site, so your financial support keeps us running.

    Having Trouble?
    If you are having trouble with purchasing sub time, such as you have ordered sub time but have not received your subscription, then you may try the following:

  • Try visiting http://www.alienaa.com/cgi-bin/subs.cgi
  • If the above option fails, send an email along with a copy of your receipt to billing@alienaa.com. Do this as a last resort and only if have waited at least 24 hours since purchasing. It will usually take another 24 hours before you will get a reply.
