Account Names
Profanity and/or inappropriate imagery may not be used in account names or titles nor at any time can you take on an account name or game title that contains any reference to being part of game administration. Restricted words include "Admin, Moderator, Chat Monitor,  President" or any derivatives. Also included are current or former staff account names. (With the intent to act as staff) In certain circumstances this rule can be waived (i.e. you have a guild that is set up to act like a Democracy), but approval must come noted  from an Admin or higher.

Your name represents your online personality - other players cannot take on your name with intent to cause damage to your reputation or confuse other players. For example, if your account name is "Bobby II" and A player takes on "Bobby 11," they are free to do so, provided they do not claim to be you.  It is up to you to file a complaint if someone is using your name in an illegal manner. To do so, open a ticket on the Customer Service board.

There is no name security - if you change your name, you lose rights to said name. Another player may take it and use it as their own.

Account/Player Relationship
In terms of crime and punishment, players are viewed as just that - a person playing. Punishment doled out to one account may also be applied to their other accounts. (Assuming they have multiple accounts) For example - if you are temporarily banned from the message boards for flooding with one account, it is possible all your accounts will be temporarily banned from them.

Multiple Accounts
If you have more than one account, all of your accounts must have subscriptions during their entire trial period. Persons found to have multiple playable accounts that are not subscribed will have those accounts removed from the game, any assets/stats earned from or as a result of these accounts removed, and their main account jailed for 10 days.

Since this is an issue of much confusion, some clarification - at no point in time you can play/use/own more than one account, unless all accounts you are using are subscribed. You may log into a multiple account only to subscribe it, and cannot use it for gameplay until it is subscribed. Intending to subscribe is not a subscription, all accounts must be. There are some situations - playing from school, home with numerous players that may require numerous people to use the free trial - this is acceptable, provided there is no interactions between the accounts, aside from communication. That means no transferring of items or currency.

Account Selling/Bartering
Under no circumstances is the selling or trading of subscription time or game accounts permitted. Persons found to be engaging in such activity will have their account removed from gameplay.

Item Selling/Bartering
It is in violation of game law to buy or sell in-game currency, items, accounts or subscription time for off-game currency or goods of any type, with exemption to custom images, banners, other customizable account options, in-game battling services and off-game sports or event gambling (these are done at your own risk).

Culpability
The account owner is responsible for their account(s) at all times. This means if your friends/family/pet sheep log into your account and cause trouble, you will be held responsible. Keep your username and password secure, as you would for any other site.

Account Sharing
Logging in to, or using another person's account without express permission will result in deletion of any/all of the offender's accounts. To clarify the account sharing issue - you cannot share an account with another person, paid or unpaid. You may "babysit" someone's account, but you may not use another person's account as your own for a prolonged period of time. (and none of this "I was babysitting their account - for 2 years straight!") This rule is mainly in place to deal with situations where two people claim ownership over an account. Whoever pays the bills owns the account. Additionally, shared use of someone's paid account to access subscriber-only content or features is not "okay since it's paid for," it's stealing. It's just like going to an all-you-can-eat buffet and sharing.

Account Loss/Reclaiming/Giving Away
If an account (subscriber only) is lost due to lost/stolen information, it will be returned to the proper owner provided they can confirm their identity. (The main form of verification is your transaction numbers, found on the emailed payment receipts. Keep them safe, you may need them someday.) No refund of game items or money is assured, but game administration, at their discretion, may return items or money if there is evidence of the loss which can be reclaimed. Players who continually "lose" their account will stop having it returned. You have up to 1 month to reclaim a lost account, after which the account will remain unclaimed until it is automatically removed from the system. No support is given to accounts that cannot have ownership verified.

Players who wish to give away their account must announce this on Customer Service board including all signup details. Once given away, the account cannot then be reclaimed by that owner. If the new owner requires support then they must provide as much details as possible including a transaction number.

Account Termination
Individuals who no longer wish to play AAA may terminate their accounts by not logging into their accounts. Players will be deleted after 40 days of inactivity, or when their subscription expires, whichever happens later.
